Yellow wall plugs have a drill diameter of 5mm and a length of 25mm. They use screw sizes No. 4, 6, 8, or 10 (3-5mm). Typical application for the 5 x 25mm yellow wall plugs are: dado rails, light switches, sockets, and toilet roll holders.
Red wall plugs have a drill diameter of 6mm and a length of 35mm.
